IMPORTANT UPDATES for SPN Chicago and San Francisco
 
Hi There,

During this difficult time, the safety and well-being of the SPN family is our utmost concern. We’ve been monitoring the local and federal government statements, and media coverage concerning the COVID-19 pandemic.  While we had hoped that our Official Supernatural Conventions in the month of June could take place, due to the unprecedented circumstances they simply cannot.
The Official Supernatural Convention in Chicago, set for June 5-7, 2020, will now be June 4-6, 2021 at the same facility, The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont. Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins have confirmed their appearances for the new date, and we’ll be confirming the rest of our guests as soon as possible.

We know that attendees have airline reservations with clauses that allow changes/cancellations under these circumstances.  With that in mind, we are announcing that the San Francisco Official Supernatural Convention, scheduled for June 26-28, 2020, will also be postponed. As soon as we have a new date and confirmation from our stars, we will let you know.

For Chicago, if you wish to hold your same seat or general admission, you don’t need to do anything.  Your tickets and same seating will be transferred to the new date and updated tickets will be sent to you via email as your original ticket will no longer be valid.

For those transferring their tickets to the new date for Chicago we have a special list of extra bonus gifts as follows:

For Gold and Silver Package holders, you will receive these complimentary items:

·      Access to Creation’s Special Virtual Experience with Supernatural guests. We will announce the date of this experience as soon as possible.  This Special Virtual Experience is only eligible for those who keep their tickets for the SPN shows that have been postponed and will not be offered to the general public.

·      A $200 gift certificate, which will be issued at the new date convention (instructions on how to pick up your gift certificate will be communicated closer to the event).  This certificate is non-transferrable and can be used for any available Creation items including admission passes, a la carte autographs and photo ops tickets as well as Creation produced official Supernatural merchandise.  It must be used during the convention weekend at which you received your gift certificate and has no redeemable cash value.

·      A hand-signed autographed Supernatural photo. One in five people will receive one randomly selected photo of either Jensen, Jared, Jensen/Jared, or Misha, which will be distributed at the convention.

For Chicago Copper Convention patrons, if you hold your seats until the new date, you will receive:

·      Access to Creation’s Special Virtual Experience by Supernatural guests. We will announce the date of this experience as soon as possible.  This Special Virtual Experience is only eligible for those who keep their tickets for the SPN shows that have been postponed to 2021 and will not be offered to the general public.

These gifts are our way to show our heartfelt thanks to those attendees who are sticking with us and holding their tickets for the new date.

If you’d like a refund for the Chicago Convention, please contact customer.service@creationent.com. The deadline for refund requests for SPN Chicago is May 13, 2020.  Refunds will begin to be processed after the deadline date. Please allow up to 8 weeks from the deadline date for your request to be processed.

Attendees must also cancel their hotel reservations at this time. We will have revised booking links shortly so you can re-book your hotel reservations for the new date.

NASHVILLE CONVENTION UPDATE: This gift package as described above will be given retroactively to the Nashville Gold, Silver and Copper patrons that already switched to the new date.  We’ll be following up with our Nashville attendees about their gifts. Please note that this offer will only apply to those that held over their tickets.

SAN FRANCISCO CONVENTION: This gift package above will also be given as well to all San Francisco Gold, Silver and Copper patrons that switch to our new date, which will be announced soon. Kindly wait for the new date announcement before contacting us about refunds for San Francisco.
